Great Wine can only be made with top quality grapes. Vines are grown using bio dynamic cultivation methods. Vineyards are ploughed the traditional way, with a carthorse. Our grapes are entirely hand picked. Active yield management and harvested grape selection mean that we produce outstanding wines.
